yesterday's the last of our grueling 2-week long finals and tho exhausted, we chose to spend the rest of our fading moments of being a sophomore at our friend's house. The original plan was supposedly a cook off between 2 groups, original menu being a pasta and a dessert. However, we just grew tired as the day went on so we skipped cooking and made this easy dessert instead. Aside from the amazing cheese filled dinner served, this sweet treat really made my day. Took us 1 min preparation and then, chow!:) Yes, just the regular brownie ala mode but after 14 days of hard core suffering, a bit of palate bliss takes you places.

dark chocolate
Super thick vanilla ice cream
Chocolate crispies
easy eh?
and.... VOILA!
